According to《COVID-19 Diagnosis and Treatment Program (Trial Eighth Edition)》, when the novel Coronavirus nucleic acid is tested positive by real-time fluorescent RT-PCR, it was declared a confirmed case.The kit was performed using a fluorescent RCR assay to detect the ORF1ab and N gene of Novel Coronavirus 2019-nCoV and contained internal control.
