Sample Release Reagent

Sample release reagent consisting of protein denaturants and biochemical reagents can quickly destroy protein structures and release nucleic acids. It is suitable to preserve, inactivate, lysis the virus samples and release the nucleic acid. The released DNA or RNA can be directly used as PCR templates for amplification.

Detection Process

Sample collection with Oropharyngeal Swab or Nasopharyngeal Swab.

Break the swab.

The tube cover was tightened. Vortex and Centrifuged the sample. Resting for 15min.

Add sample release reagent prepared to each well of PCR tubes.

Used for amplification.
