Real Time PCR Kit for Respiratory Pathogens
• The kit uses multiple fluorescent RT-PCR (TaqMan probe method) and premix technology, which can detect pathogens by directly adding nucleic acids.
• Premix technology is Uni-medica patent technology, which preloads specific primers, TaqMan probe, reaction Buffer, dNTP, PCREnhancer, etc., into eight tubes, and adds RT-PCR enzyme and nucleic acid samples during detection. Among them, PCR Enhancer is a key reagent developed for TaqMan probe multiplex fluorescence PCR technology, which can effectively improve the amplification efficiency of premix reagent.
