SARS-CoV-2 Neutralizing Antibody Rapid Test (Colloidal Gold)

The SARS-COV-2 Neutralizing Antibody Rapid Test is intended for the semi-quantitative determination of neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) to SARS-COV-2. It can block the interaction between the receptor binding domain (RBD) of the viral spike glycoprotein with the ACE2 cell surface receptor in human serum, plasma (EDTA and sodium citrate), fingerstick whole blood or venous whole blood specimens. The test is intended to be used as an aid in identifying individuals with an adaptive immune response to SARS-COV-2, indicating recent or prior infection.

Test Procedure

All reagents must be brought to room temperature (18 to 25 ℃) before performing the test.

Remove the test device from the foil pouch, and place it on a flat, dry surface.

Add 10 μLof serum/plasma or 20 μL of fingerstick blood or venous blood into the sample well with transfer pipette.

Add ONE-TWO Drops (30~60 μL) of sample buffer into the sample well immediately.

As the test begins to work, you will see red color move across the reaction window in the center of the test device. Interpret the test results in 15 minutes, do not interpret after 20 minutes.
